Safety in swimming pools is one of the important factors to take into account during their construction or renovation, since incidents can always occur that ruin our summer.
One of the most common are slips and falls during access to them, because the areas of stairs or ramps are areas in which special care and good stability must be taken to avoid eventualities.
Following European swimming pool safety regulations (UNE EN 15288-1), accesses, whether steps or ramps, must be non-slip in order to prevent these possible accidents.
In addition to the installation of a non-slip surface, regardless of the type of coating that we have decided to place, we also recommend from CEFIL POOL that the area is marked, since the surfaces with the same color make the unevenness in the bottom very difficult to distinguish due to the effects generated by the water.
In this way, while we move around the pool we will be able to perceive how we are approaching an area with slopes, and thus avoid any possible incident.
According to the above, in CEFIL POOL We have a wide range of non-slip membranes, which we call SPOT. These can be placed each with its own design, and can also be combined with each other looking for the visualization of unevenness or danger zones.
The combinations are always to the user's liking, naturally, however, since CEFIL POOL we recommend the ones we consider most elegant:
